You may have seen that we are offering free seminars every month to give employers the information they need to set up their Auto Enrolment pension schemes. If you aren’t sure if you need to come to a seminar, the information below will explain what is covered and why you will benefit from attending.
Who attends our Auto Enrolment Seminars?
Our seminars are open to everyone but we usually have a combination of payroll clients, HR clients and employers who have no connection with Critchleys. The seminars are particularly useful for the owners and managers of small businesses with between one and 50 staff. Many of our attendees will be the Finance or Office Manager who has been given responsibility for setting up the Auto Enrolment Scheme.
What do you cover in the Seminar?
Our seminars will give you information on: - Auto enrolment and how it affects your business - Your responsibilities as an employer - Specific question and answer session about your situation - How we can support you in your Auto Enrolment set up and ongoing admin. We limit the number of attendees to fewer than 30 to ensure that everyone gets the personal attention they need.
How long does the Seminar last?
We provide refreshments and there is time to network with other employers and our team before the main part of the seminar. Our seminars last for around 90 minutes (there is a lot of information to cover) and we leave around an hour at the end for specific questions and answers.
